Our friends, the Wakefield's met us there at exactly 5 pm and we were among the first families to arrive. There is tons of parking but because we were so early we were able to get prime spots near the food truck lot. The weather couldn't have been nicer and the kids were thrilled to get to run around outside and play on the playground while we looked at menu's.
I ended up ordering the kids a cheeseburger and fries to share from one truck (forgot the name) while I chose a Greek Burrito Bowl from the Greek on the Street truck. The bowl consisted of white rice, tomato, onion, parsley, tzatziki and I added chicken. The other meat choices were gyro, lamb, shrimp, Ahi tuna. It came with a piece of fresh pita and was absolutely delicious! I'd eat there again and again!
Tony decided to try to Jammin' Flava truck which featured Jamaican dishes. He chose the Jamaican jerk chicken and plantains and it too was very good! Once everyone finished their food we grabbed some ice creams from one truck and some tiny donuts from another. The donuts were out of this world good, we had some topped with caramel and toffee and others topped with cookies and cream. The ice cream was WAY over priced and didn't even taste that good in my opinion. (Harper asked for the ice cream sandwich cookie thing and then had a fit and refused to eat it when I brought it to him. He had a really rough night that night for some reason.)
