When everyone had done all the swimming and sliding they wished to do we caught the bus to the beach. It was the busiest beach we visited on this trip and the water was filled with seaweed. Apparently they'd been having some trouble with all the seaweed in the water as of late and were working non stop to clean it up.
There was a little boy, maybe 10/11 years old, making flowers and grasshoppers out of palm fronds and he came over to give us one.
On our way back to the ship we passed through a really nice tourist area.
Anyone want some fish to eat the dead skin off their feet? Anyone?
We also got to watch The Ritual of the Voladores, which was interesting. I recorded as long as I could but I was about to die of heat so I had to quit.
We were so lucky with all the beautiful weather we'd had and the captain told us that the last several times they'd been to Costa Maya the weather had been rainy and windy. So, although the temps were really hot, we were thankful for the sunny days and the chance to experience the area.
