Ballet 6/4

Monday night was Dakota's final dance lesson for this season. She sure has come a long way since the beginning and it has been an absolute joy watching her blossom into this amazing little dancer. I don't know what her future holds, of course, but I do hope that she'll do the things she loves with as much heart and determination as she did with this dance class. She practices at home without being asked on a near daily basis and is eager to learn and improve while in her class; I couldn't ask for anything more.

They didn't do a regular lesson Monday night but practiced their routine over and over again in front of the other girls that were there. The girls rotated between watching and going through their routines which was a great way to practice smiling (or at least fake smiling) and being in front of people. The little girls look up to those older girls to lead the way and show them how its done and those little ones were captivated.
