New Cabinet for the Brays

I'm starting to feel like I can breathe again. It was a rough week leading up to the wedding, there just always seemed to be a million things to do. Emotions were running on overload for just about everyone in the house so it was stressful and not always fun. But, with the wedding behind me and nothing too heinous looming in the future, I'm feeling like a regular boring old person. Yay!

My mom and sister drove up here on Sunday, Oct. 29th to help with things for the wedding. I was super excited for them to be here and knew I could count on them to help when things got rough. They didn't let me down and really did keep me on track. The day they got here we had to jump right back in the van and drive out to Zoe's because my mom refinished a cabinet for Zoe and Brandon and we weren't sure how else we were going to have time to get it to their house. My sister was also wanting to see their new house so it was a necessary trip. It was a quick little visit but luckily the piece of furniture my mom refinished for them fit perfectly where they wanted it and will hopefully clear up some counter top space for them.

Now all they need is some type of shelving or hutch for the top and they'll have lots of extra space to store things. That little kitchen of theirs is sure lacking cabinet and counter space but since it's just the two of them it's doable.
