We went to the 1:40 pm showing because we had other stuff going on that morning. I wanted to be sure to go after lunch but well before dinner as well so that they'd be happy with just some popcorn instead of needing an entire meal.
We got there just as they were dimming the lights and found our reserved seats with no problem. I love that we can show up and know we have seats waiting for us!
I have to admit that I wasn't very impressed with the movie. I actually fell asleep about mid way through which really tells you the excitement level. The story was an old tired one about an overworked father who neglects his family life. His childhood friends (Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Owl, Rabbit, Kanga and Roo) help him see the error of his ways as well as fix the issues he was having at work. He then becomes a better father and husband, blah, blah, blah. Tired.
At the end of the movie the kids gave it a rating from 1 being the worst to 10 being the best. Dakota scored it a 3, Harper an 8 and I gave it a 4 1/2. I only gave it a 4 1/2 because the creatures were all so cute!
