Macro Flowers/Bees

I have no idea what type of flower this is, but it’s in my garden out front (planted by the previous owners) and it is really beautiful. I saw a few bees buzzing around it the other day, so I pulled out my macro lens and got a couple close ups.

I would say it's either an Aster or Zinnia, I get them confused. But what a great couple of photos you got!!!

That pretty flower is a dahlia. We grow them here in the summer. The bulbs need to be pulled out for the winter and replanted in spring or else they die in our weather zone.
