Usually Dakota is the first one up but today, for whatever reason, Harper was the first to rise. It was about 6:45 when I heard him run in and out of our room. He and I headed downstairs and the first thing he wanted to do was play the board game Heroica. Tony taught him how to play this last weekend and Harper loves it. It was a good thing it was already set up for the most part because I was way to tired to put the game together that early in the morning.
Dakota didn't wake up until 7:30 which is REALLY good for her. Harper and I were mid way through the game by the time she came down and he and I ended up winning the game and beating up all the bad guys. Then it was breakfast...
Tony and I decided to take the kids to see the movie Zootopia this afternoon.
We had lunch in the mall first, did a little shopping and then headed up to the 1:20 pm showing. The movie was really cute but a little long for a 3 and 5 year old. Landon went with us too so it was a nice family day. After the movie we went by the house to pick up the dog and then we all went to Mema's house for dinner. Zoe isn't working this weekend so she and Brandon also came over for dinner. It was nice having everyone together for a few hours tonight and it ended up being a pretty good Saturday.
