Sunday Funday

My mother-in-law invited us over for a traditional Easter dinner on Sunday evening. It was just us + Zoe and Brandon and I was excited to get to see them and hear about their trip. Mema made a massive Easter dinner; ham, sweet potato casserole, a cheesy broccoli dish, dinner rolls, macaroni and cheese and for dessert she had made a coffee cake. It was all delicious!

Once we were finished eating Tony set up the kids' Ninja Line Backyard Challenge and we all went outside to try it out. (I didn't do it because of my back/arm issues, but it did look fun!) They got the toy for Christmas but we haven't been able to use it because it's been so cold, but today was nice and Mema has the perfect trees to attach it to.

When everyone had had their fill of the ninja course Tony moved it up and put the slack line below it. 

Dakota found that she liked using the climbing rope to swing on more than for climbing.

Harper spent a little time catching boxelder bugs but one of them liked being on his hand more than in the cup and he didn't know what to think about that!

Zoe wanted a picture with myself and Landon and this is the best we got:
