Arlington Echo

Because I didn't go on the Arlington Echo school field trip I am only going to do a short blog about it. For all of you who don't know what it is, it is a school sponsored field trip where the kids are invited to spend a day and night at a local park. They learn all about nature and have an incredible time. At night, they make smores, sing songs and then go on a hike. And, to top it all off they all stay in cabins with their classmates! I am sure you can imagine the fun that is! Tony went with Landon on the trip and the only complaint they had was that it was hot in their cabin at night.

One of Landon's favorite parts of the trip was when he got to be a bell-hop. For each meal there are kids chosen to serve the others, and he had breakfast duty. IMG_0217 I remember when Zoe went years ago and the only thing she cared about was getting a chance to be the bell-hop...it is a coveted position! I just want to share this photo of Landon when he was the "beekeeper", it is just too cute! IMG_0227
