Yesterday we finally made it out to Zoe’s track meet. We had no idea what time her event would start, but we decided to just get there and hope we’d get to see her run.
We got to the track around 3:45 and she hadn’t run yet so I was really happy! We watched several other events, like the hurdles, the boys and girls mile(s), a ton of sprints and relays, and finally Zoe’s turn came.
She ended up coming in 4th place, and I thought she did a tremendous job! She seems to really enjoy running, and I am impressed with how well she does. I hope she keeps it up!
She also ran the Open 8, but since it wasn’t until near the very end we didn’t end up staying. Maybe next time we’ll go closer to the end to watch that event…

Go Zoe!!! She's so adorable. I wish I was a runner... I'm so not though. I end up huffing and puffing and feeling like I'm going to die.
