On Monday morning we got up bright and early to go to Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary hotel. It’s a cool building in which Disney’s monorail travels through taking guests to the Magic Kingdom. We went to Chef Mickeys the last time we went to Disney and remembered enjoying it quite a bit, so we wanted to take the little’s as well.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto visit each table while everyone enjoys a huge buffet breakfast. The food was delicious, but watching the kids interact with the characters was even better! (Harper and Dakota were both nervous about the characters at first, but as you’ll see, they got over it pretty quick! Dakota was kissing them all on the nose before it was over!)

When Donald Duck came to our table, Harper was looking right behind him and excitedly said “Look! There’s Pluto!” Well, Donald didn’t like being overlooked and the whole time Harper kept talking about and pointing at Pluto, Donald was jumping in front of him and flapping his arms around to get his attention. Finally Harper noticed him and Harper got up and gave him a giant hug. Tony and I got a kick out of Donald’s reaction though!
We had to laugh when Pluto came over to sign our book! He had to hold it up on his nose to see!
