Week 11, March 13-19, 2017
The kids packed their kindness bags and we set off through the neighborhood to spread some happiness. They loved leaving the little gifts on people's porches! The next day we got snow and a day off of school. It really was just a bunch of ice but the two little kids loved playing in it and Landon loved the extra zzz's he got out of it. During the snow storm Artsy Partsy hosted a free learn to draw event through Facebook and the kids learned how to make owls. It was fun to do and a great way to keep busy on a cold day. We lost our favorite plum tree from the heavy winds and ice. Guess we'll be chopping it up this weekend.
The kids practiced their skating in the house and Dakota and I made a leprechaun to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. She loved using a fork to paint on the orange beard! Ballet is going wonderfully and Dakota imagines herself on stage very soon. Tony and I finally got to work painting the dining room and I LOVE the new color on the walls!
