Written and Illustrated by...

I'm amazed how far Dakota has come with her writing and drawing this year. She's loved to draw for a long time now and spends many hours at our kitchen table making pictures for people.

She made this first paper at home and I love that she sounded out what she was writing and did that all by herself.

The left side says: I got to go to the cup cake shop!

The right side says: I catched a butterfly!

The next three things came home from school.
