Beach Time and Dinner at Boccaccino Cafe

After spending an incredibly hot morning with alligators we decided to head to the beach for a little bit. It was really nice and sunny and we stayed for awhile before big dark clouds began rolling in. The kids ended up back in the pool until we heard thunder and headed inside for showers and to figure out what we were going to do for dinner. (Landon didn't want to go to the beach because it was irritating his skin so he stayed in the hotel.)

While I was sitting on the beach a woman walked up to me and told me that she and her husband were flying home that evening and wanted to pass on their pool noodles and beach chairs. We didn't want to spend the money on renting stuff and we didn't want to buy stuff to bring home so this was perfect! We promised to pass the chairs and noodles on before we left and happily took over their stuff. :)

We decided to try an Italian restaurant called Boccaccino Cafe that was a few minutes walk away from our hotel. We couldn't help but notice the delicious smell of pizza as we walked in and we immediately decided we'd be having that for dinner. It was a good choice and their pizza was perfection! We ordered a pepperoni and a BBQ Chicken pizza and both were equally delicious! When the waiter asked if everything was OK I told him the pizza was amazing and the look on his face was nothing short of pride! He was so happy that we loved our food and it was apparent on his face. 

After dinner we walked to 7-11 so the kids could get Slurpee's and then went back to the hotel so that they could spend another few hours in the pool. Those two kids just couldn't get enough of the pool!
